Mac and Cheese

 
 Pasta as Giada does it ... macaroni ... go figure.
  
Onions.
 
 Flour. 2 T.
 Butter.
 
Cook the flour and the butter a bit.
 
Garlic.
 
Mustard.
 
Cheddar. 
 Romano.
Combine everything, loosen up with some cream.
