We met, some 30 of us, in Española, New Mexico to photograph 5 Adobe churches, namely:
San Francisco de Asis Church, Rancho de Taos, NM
Church of San Jose de Gracia in Las Trampas
El Santuario de Chimayo, Chimayo, NM
Saint Thomas The Apostle Parish, Abiquiu, NM
San Geronimo, Taos Pueblo, NM
Additionally Chuck and I went to the following churches:
Santa Domingo Mission Church, Santa Domingo Pueblo, NM
Sangre de Cristo Chapel, Cuartelez, NM
Santa Cruz de la Cañada Church in Española, NM
San Lorenzo Church at Picuris Pueblo
The Cathedral Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi, Santa Fe, NM
Loretto Chappel, Santa Fe, NM
Photography was not allowed at the Santa Domingo Pueblo, and we were unable to photograph at Taos Pueblo due to the San Geronimo Festival.

Does John sketch an image before he photographs it?
Hey Linda ,
That's a great question for John; I have no idea. I think that he is probably making notes. In my experience a good sketch of the scene makes those notes a lot easier to decipher five years from now when you are trying to make those notes make sense.
It's rare I see a photo of me and like it. I Like the last one of me it's good Thanks for capturing it!
