This is a scorpion. It's not in the house, but almost got packed. I don't know what kind of scorpion it is, but it meets the basic description of a Bark Scorpion, which are quite poisonous. They get kinda riled up when you poke at them with a stick.

Hi -- We found several yesterday. I encouraged this one get away, much to the dismay of everyone else involved. I thought I might have to probe them with a stick, too.
Shawnkielty.com is down because the server is packed and in the truck. It will be back in a few weeks, at best. If I can find some temporary digs for the server once I get to SF, it will be back in a few days.
This is move day 3. I should be in California tomorrow, Joann. Where hopefully there ain't no scorpions.

Having lived in several houses with scorpions I have a long standing war against them and their kind. Kill'em ALL!!
