Friday Night at the Laundromat

I also did a little workout.

I'm guessing that the bench press is two fifty lbs dumbells? Yes. As opposed to the total 50lbs curls.

I find that the days I don't work out in the mornings, I feel logy/logi/loggi? (whatevah), and I over eat.

When I skip a day or two, I feel sore all over. Bourbon helps with that, but......

I looked today at the bench press ... I think it might have been 70 pounds.

I can't do 24 reps at 100 pounds. 8, maybe 16 reps, but not 24, especially not without a spotter.
